The problem is, I don't trust that, since he's been saying that for 2years,the brother still isn't gone and yea we might be financially stable then but I don't see him holding to his word.

I talked to him about it and he says once the brother leaves and we get financially stable in like 4-5 months, since he got a new job, we will spend more time together and promised to take a trip overseas together privately.
