Hawaii is indeed a great place to start a business

We need well-paying jobs for Hawaii people, not better jobs for Mainland folks. Particularly if the founders or CEO are attached to the lifestyle or the climate. We need well-paying jobs here, whether high-tech, low-tech or no-tech. Should we be investing in high-tech as a solution?
