I regret not asking more questions during the interview process because as of now I dont think I would have taken the job if I knew it was this disorganized (they have no procedures). What should I do?

I was told it was a mixed role of finance and accounting . The offer included 1k raise, 2 weeks of vacation, time off for Christmas, and tuition reimbursement ( my old company didnt have). I ve been at the role 3 weeks now and it s not as expected.
