It is now Saturday and still no packet. 2 weeks have gone by now and we are left wondering and feeling helpless.

She finally got back to us in an email stating that she had some emergencies come up and was not able to mail out the packet, but that she would be doing so by the end of that day- which was this past Tuesday.
