At times, I think he doesn't like to be touched or held, but I can't be sure.

He also is very easy to put to sleep - he's not like other babies and doesn't need to be held or rocked to sleep.

When breastfeeding, he never looks up at me - only at the wall or over my shoulder.

He doesn't turn his head at the sound of our voices, (although I know his hearing is just fine) and doesn't appear to even notice when we come into the room.

When in his crib, he prefers to look at the wall, or his mobile than at me or my husband.

He will make eye contact, but usually only when he's on his dressing table and I'm leaning over him.
